PICKUP ORDER
- All Items are on hand
- Monday- Friday pick up will be after 5
- Pick up is only in Aberdeen
SHIPPING:
- Orders are mailed out daily
- Anything ordered after 5 will ship the next business day
- 3-5 business days for delivery
PRE-ORDER:
- Not on hand
- 3-7 business days for processing and delivery
- If you preorder and would like to pick up when arrived email us with this information
Return & Refund Policy
1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any used, altered, or opened hair products. This includes items that have been:
• Worn, washed, or styled
• Dyed or chemically processed
• Removed from their original packaging
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must provide clear photos of the item and packaging as proof.
• We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
3. Exchanges
We allow exchanges only for incorrect items or defective products. If approved, we will send a replacement once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
4. Cancellations & Order Changes
• Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
5. Refunds
• Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
